Kalasgodis, and its parent company Handelsaktiebolaget Eric Ericson, process personal data from you when you contact us, from our customers, suppliers and partners. Personal information that you have provided to us is used to answer your questions, get to know you as a customer and in order to improve the quality of our products and services. Personal data is also enables us to fulfill our agreements with suppliers, customers and service companies. We only store the information as long as it is necessary in order to offer a good service. Personal data is removed from our records regularly. You are always welcome to contact us in writing if you have any questions about our handling of personal data.

We do this first and foremost as a tool to get an overview of our visitors through statistics and compilations and then to improve our website content, our range and our service. To clarify, this information is completely anonymous and moreover not linked to any personal data.
Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Giveaways
To participate in our competitions on social media you must be aged 18 years or over and reside in Sweden. By participating in our competitions you acknowledge that Kalasgodis has the right to use your competition contribution for commercial purposes without compensation. Any income tax is paid by the winner(s). Employees at Kalasgodis may not participate in competitions. A jury from Kalasgodis checks that the conditions of the competition are met and then selects the winner(s). The winner(s) are contacted via direct message on social media and published in public in some cases. The jury’s decision cannot be appealed. Competitions are organized by Kalasgodis and are thus not sponsored, supported, administered or linked to Instagram and Facebook.
